Nogi Jiu Jitsu is the culmination of BJJ, Wrestling, and Judo. The objective is to control your opponent and force them to ‘submit’ to you through control and pressure. Striking, i.e. punching or kicking, is strictly not allowed.
Gear: In nogi the typical clothing is a rash vest and shorts, but people can wear appropriate workout clothes until they have the proper gear.
Any tops or shorts worn must not have zips or any hard plastics or surfaces as they may harm you and your training partners.Ladies’ Nogi
Ladies only class focusing on self-defence and fitness.

Gi Jiu Jitsu is similar to Nogi; it combines Judo, wrestling and BJJ to form a complete grappling art. The key difference is that we wear traditional kimono, or ‘Gi’, similar to judo.

At these ages, it’s important to keep Jiu Jitsu fun!
Classes will generally be simple and we schedule lot’s of games and challenges that help develop their grappling skills and overall health.
