  1. Payment

    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

    • Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

  2. Refund Policy

    • All payments are non-refundable.

    • If you are unable to attend after booking, we are unable to offer refunds or credits unless otherwise agreed at the sole discretion of Na Fianna Martial Arts.

  3. Course Availability

    • Places are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Na Fianna Martial Arts reserves the right to amend course dates, times, instructors, or cancel a course if necessary. In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by us, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another available course.

  4. Family Rates

    • If you are registering three or more children, family rates may be available, speak with Oliver to avail.
